How We Handle Your Information

We collect information you give us when you book a collection, place an order at an outlet, or message us on WhatsApp:

Your name, mobile number and email address

Collection and delivery addresses, and access notes you give us

Order details — the items sent, services requested, any instructions and our notes on their condition

Payment records, held as transaction references rather than full card numbers

Messages between you and us, including WhatsApp conversations about an order

To process and deliver your order; to contact you about collection, delays or anything we find on an item that needs a decision; to keep a record of past orders so we can match a repeat request; to take payment and keep accounts as Singapore law requires; and, if you have asked for it, to tell you occasionally about our services.

We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to third parties for their marketing. We share only what is necessary with our delivery team, our payment processor and, where a service requires it, a specialist partner working on your item — all of whom are bound to use it only for that purpose.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

Order and contact records are kept while you remain a customer and for up to 5 years afterwards, which covers accounting and tax obligations and allows us to answer a query about past work. Messages are kept for as long as the related order is open, and then in our records for the same period.

You may ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you anything promotional. Email sales@astoria.com.sg and we will respond within 30 days.

Asking us to delete your records may mean we can no longer look up your order history or reuse your saved collection address.

Our site does not run advertising trackers. Booking is handled by our booking platform, which operates under its own privacy terms; please read those before submitting details there. If you have dropped images into a page while browsing, those stay in your own browser and are never sent to us.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
